Virginia Beach, Va. – Chef Fabio Viviani, restaurateur and well-known television personality, hosted a live cooking demonstration and dinner to help benefit the Westminster-Canterbury Foundation this past Tuesday.
Viviani has appeared on a number of programs such as Good Morning America, The Chew, Rachel Ray, and The Talk. He also wrote the New York Times best-seller “Fabio’s Italian Kitchen.”
Located right along on the Chesapeake Bay, this retirement community was in for a treat by getting a taste of Italy from Viviani’s extensive Italian and Mediterranean culinary background.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the Westminister-Canterbury Foundation, whose mission is to “Bring Joy to Life.” Joy was definitely in the air as the residents were introduced to new dining options created by well-renowned chef.
