Kill Devil Hills, N.C. – A Kill Devil Hills man has been arrested by the Dare County Narcotics Task Force on heroin trafficking charges.
46-year-old Gregory Maurice Hawkins has been charged with trafficking in heroin, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin, sell/deliver heroin, conspire to sell/deliver heroin, and maintain a vehicle/dwelling/place to keep controlled substances.
A trafficking amount of heroin was seized during a search of his Croatan Highway home, as well as a quantity of U.S. Currency.
Hawkins is being held at the Dare County Detention Center in lieu of $340,000 bond.
