Craig Joseph Robb
Dare County, N.C. – A Manns Harbor man faces multiple charges after for the possession and sale of marijuana after an undercover operation by the Dare County Narcotics Task Force.
45-year-old Craig Joseph Robb has been charged with 3 counts of Intent to sell marijuana, 3 counts of sell or deliver marijuana, 2 counts of manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana within 1,0000 feet of a school and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling to keep a controlled substance.
The charges stem from undercover purchases made by officers over a several month period in 2013. Robb was arrested on September 4th. He was released on $15,000 bond.
The Dare County Narcotics Task Force consists of officers from the Dare County Sheriff’s Office, the Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head and Kitty Hawk Police Departments, the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, and the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division.
