Suffolk, Va. – Suffolk Police are currently on the scene of a “jackknifed” tractor trailer in the 4700 block of Whaleyville Boulevard and Greenway Road, according to Suffolk city officials.
Emergency Communications received the call at 6:47 a.m. advising of the single vehicle accident. There were no injuries.
Both lanes in the 4700 block of Whaleyville Boulevard are currently closed. The wrecker is on scene and the roadway is anticipated to reopen shortly. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
