Suffolk, Va. – A Suffolk man has been charged after several sexual battery charges, including one involving a victim under 13.
Police say an officer was dispatched on September 7th to see a complainant regarding an incident involving inappropriate physical contact that had allegedly occurred at that residence during the early morning hours involving the known subject and a female juvenile.
After the preliminary investigation, 21-year-old Lakeith Pierre Arrington, was arrested and charged with two counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery and a charge of Aggravated Sexual Battery Victim Under 13. He is currently in the Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
