Virginia Beach, Va. – Police in Virginia Beach are searching for a dog owner who they say tied three dogs to a pole at a neighborhood park.
Calls came in about the dogs on Thursday at around 1:30 p.m.
Animal Control Officers found the beagle mixes in Birchwood Malibu Park on 3632 Royal Palms Arch.
Two of them were tied to the pole and the third broke free. He is still on the loose.
Animal Control was able to pick up two of the dogs. 
The third dog is described as a black, tan and white beagle mix. If you see the dog, please call 385-4444 option 1 for Animal Control.
