Kill Devil Hills, N.C. – Two people have been arrested after police say they possessed a trafficking amount of heroin.
On September 9th, 2014, officers arrested 41-year-old Erin Leigh Ricketts and 34-year-old Shonna Nicole Crain.
Both have been charged with heroin by possession, trafficking in heroin by transportation, conspire to traffic heroin and both are now in the Dare County Detention Center in lieu of $180,000 bond.
