Norfolk Police say a 35-year-old man has been arrested following the robbery of a person in the 800 block of Goff Street.
Police say the robbery happened on September 16th around 10:30 p.m.
The adult male victim told police that a man approached him and demanded money. The victim gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash and then ran.
As officers and detectives responded to the scene, they spotted the suspect and arrested him.
Charles Drummond, 35, has been charged with Robbery, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
