Norfolk Police looking for Family Dollar robbery suspects

Norfolk Police are looking for information on a robbery that occurred Tuesday night at the Family Dollar at 6130 Chesapeake Boulevard.

Police say they received a call reporting the robbery shortly after 7:30 p.m.

An employee told police that two unknown men entered the store and one displayed a handgun while demanding money.

After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the men were both seen running across Chesapeake Boulevard.

No one was injured.

The suspects were described as black males in their 30s. One was said to be approximately 6’2” and 250 pounds. He was wearing a gray mask and dark clothing. The other suspect is described as approximately 6’0” and 180 pounds. He was wearing a white mask and armed with a handgun.
