Sussex County, Va. – One person has died after an accident involving a tractor trailer and another vehicle.
Police say a this happened just one mile east of Route 626 near Court House Road.
Calls came in at 5:36 p.m. about a tractor trailer that was fully engulfed in flames.
Route 40 was shut down and VDOT rerouted traffic. The road is now open and police are investigating.
