Suffolk, Va. – Police have made a third arrest in the murder of 82-year-old Donald Carter early Monday morning.
31-year-old Katron S. Walker was arrested Wednesday night and charged with 1st Degree Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, two counts of Use of Firearm in Commission of Felony and Attempted Armed Robbery.
33-year-old Leon Jerome Hayes and 22-year-old Naomi Nichelle Lambert were arrested on Monday and charged with 1st degree murder, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and attempted armed robbery.

Police found Carter unresponsive in the 100 block of E. Washington Street and Franklin Street in downtown Suffolk early Monday morning.
He had been shot in the lower torso and was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
