Virginia Beach, Va. - It's the 41st Annual Virginia Beach Neptune Festival at the Oceanfront.
On Friday, the Boardwalk Weekend started off with lots of sunshine -- folks are invited to come out and enjoy arts and crafts, right next to the Atlantic Ocean! More than 200 artisans will be displaying handmade work from paintings and sculptures, to photography and glasswork.
The art show is set up from 18th Street until 29th Street.
