Suffolk, Va. – Police in Suffolk are searching for a man who they say inappropriately touched a minor.
They’re looking for 21-year-old Deandre Rayfel Artis of the 300 block of Jackson Street.
He’s wanted for carnal knowledge of a minor and another related charge.
