Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk Police have arrested a man accused in the rape of a 13-year-old girl that reportedly occurred on September 28th.
Police say a report was filed on September 29th regarding a man known to the young girl that had sexual assaulted her the previous day in the 7700 block of Leafwood Drive.
During the investigation, the man was identified as 27-year-old Terry Hix. He was arrested on September 29th and charged with Rape, Abduction with the Intent to Defile and Indecent Liberties with a Child.
He is currently being held without bond in the Norfolk City Jail.
