Winston-Salem, N.C. – A blind man was assaulted and robbed at his Winston-Salem home Wednesday afternoon, according to a report from WGHP.
Police responded to the Sugar Creek Apartments in Winston-Salem around 4:34 p.m.
The 44-year-old victim, who is blind, said he was assaulted by an unknown man. The man also stole several items from the victim, the report says.
