Norfolk Police have arrested a 25-year-old man after a shooting that occurred Wednesday, October 8th.
Police say they responded to the 900 block of Albert Avenue around 9:15 pm for a report of a shooting.
Once police arrived on scene, they found a 29-year-old man who was grazed by a bullet.
He was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Marquis Johnson, 25, was arrested, and has been charged with Felony Reckless Handling of a Firearm.
