Hampton, Va. – Police are now investigating after they say a teen was shot overnight in Hampton.
On October 13, 2014 at 1:40 a.m., police officers responded to a report of a person being treated for a non life-threatening gunshot wound.
Police say the victim, a 19-year-old Hampton man, was in the 400 block of Craven Street when he got into a verbal argument with the suspect.
Police say the suspect brandished a firearm and shot the victim one time. The victim’s injuries were non-life threatening. He transported himself to the hospital for treatment, officials say.
