Virginia Beach, Va. – Firefighters responded to a kitchen fire Wednesday morning in the 3600 block of Ship Chandlers Wharf.
One person was transported to a local hospital for smoke inhalation, according to Amy Valdez of the Virginia Beach Fire Department.
