Hampton, Va. - The Department of Homeland Security along with state and local authorities served warrants this morning at two locations in Hampton as part of a larger investigation into synthetic drugs (spice), according to Carissa Cutrell of ICE/Homeland Security.
The warrants were served at 69 Chowning Drive and 915 G Street in Hampton and resulted in 10 arrests, Cutrell says.
