UPDATE: San Diego police confirm Sullivan was seen on Sunday morning on a soccer field in the city. She was wearing black pants and a gray sweatshirt. Police are still looking for her.
Police in San Diego are looking for a Navy wife and mother from Hampton who was reported missing last week.
Elizabeth Ricks Sullivan, 31, is reportedly a graduate of Kecoughtan High School. The mother of two young daughters was last seen at her home in Point Loma on October 13th.
According to police, her last contact was a text message sent that day. Police said her phone has been turned off since then.
Sullivan is described as an African American female, 5’3” tall, 130 pounds, with dark hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time she went missing.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to provide financial assistance in the search for Elizabeth. The page states that “the funds will be used to offer a reward for information leading to her whereabouts, legal and investigative counsel, and other necessary arrangements to support the search for Elizabeth, led by the Ricks Family.”
