Suspects wanted in Hampton convenience store robbery

Hampton, Va. – Hampton Police are searching for suspects wanted in connection with a robbery from a convenience store that happened on October 21.

At 10:12 p.m., Hampton Police responded to the Kwik-E-Mart in the 200 block of Floyd Thompson Boulevard in reference to a robbery from a business complaint.

Two suspects entered the business and brandished a firearm, according to police. The suspects took money and lottery tickets and ran away from the business.

No injuries were reported.

The suspects are described as follows:

Suspect #1 : male (unknown race) armed with a handgun and a medium build who was last seen wearing a long sleeve white T-shirt, pink rubber gloves, blue jeans and a black scarf covering his face.

Suspect #2: African American male with a medium build last seen wearing a white T-shirt, lavender rubber gloves, gray jeans and a red scarf covering his face.

Anyone with information that will assist police is encouraged to contact the Hampton Police Division at 727-6111 or the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Tipsters can also send an anonymous tip via text message to the Crime Line by texting “HAMPTONPDTIPS plus your tip” to 274637 (CRIMES). Crime Line callers remain anonymous and never appear in court. If a Crime Line call results in an arrest, the caller is eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
