Portsmouth, Va. - A man was hospitalized after he was shot in the shoulder in Portsmouth early Tuesday morning.
The shooting happened in the 6000 block of Churchland Blvd. around 3:59am.
The man was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.
No suspect information or motive is available at this time.
