Virginia Beach, Va. – A bear was hit by a car around 6 a.m. in the 4500 block of Blackwater Road in Virginia Beach, according to police dispatch.
The scene is now clear.
The driver was not injured.
The bear died at the scene and was removed, police dispatch says.
