Virginia Beach, Va. – A juvenile was issued a summons on Friday after police say an adult was hit in Virginia Beach on Friday night.
This happened in the 4300 block of Bonney Road.
The victim was transferred for non-life threatening injuries and is listed as stable.
They say he was crossing a lane of traffic at low speed.
