Envy Car Audio and Design, located at 117 E. Princess Anne Rd., was recommended to be placed off-limits to all service members in the Hampton Roads area by the Joint Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board (JAFDCB) for Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina.
The recommendation came when the board learned the establishment is not registered to do business in the state of Virginia and for violations of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act and Automobile Repair Facilities Act.
The business was placed off limits by Rear Adm. Rick Williamson, Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic as of Tuesday, November 4th.
Additionally, all Lazy Dayz store names have changed to “Unwind Hookah Lounge” and all Hampton Pipe and Tobacco stores have been renamed “The Vault.” Although the names of the establishments have changed, all locations remain on the off-limits list. Both these establishments were put off-limits following reports of the sale of synthetic cannabinoids or Spice.
