Norfolk, Va. - Kareem Turner, his cousin Roy Turner, and Joshua Wood all pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in Norfolk Circuit Court on Wednesday.
All three are accused of killing Dajuan Glover during a robbery on Jason Avenue back in July.
A trial date has been set for March 25, 2015. The defense attorney thinks the charges will be upgraded to First Degree Murder before the trial.
Last month during a preliminary hearing, a judge said there was enough evidence to send the case to grand jury.
