James City County, Va. – A neighbor was kicked out of a Halloween party over the weekend and then threatened to shoot the homeowner.

Police say 40-year-old Tommy Underwood got into a heated argument with the homeowner when he was asked to leave the party after becoming intoxicated.

Underwood returned to the party with a handgun, threatening to shoot the owner in the knee. Witnesses were able to knock the gun from his hands.

Underwood was arrested and charged with brandishing a firearm.
