A 26-year-old man has been arrested in Virginia Beach and charged with Felonious Assault in a stabbing that occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday, November 9th.
Officers responded to the 400 block of Lisa Square between 1:45 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. to reports of a stabbing after a verbal dispute.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
Josef Anthony Quintero has been charged with Felonious Assault and is in the Virginia Beach City Jail on no bond.
The case remains under investigation.
