Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk Police responded to a call around 9:30 p.m. of a man suffering from a gunshot wound on the 9600 block of 10th Bay Street.
Upon arriving to the scene, police found a 35-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with serious injuries.
Neighbors told NewsChannel 3's Darragh Copley they were surprised to learn about the shooting because none of them heard any gunshots last night.
Detectives are currently investigating the incident.
