Update: The victim has been identified as 22-year-old Sivad I. Morgan of the 2500 block of Ruffin Street.
Norfolk, Va. - Police are investigating after a man was shot to death in Norfolk on Thursday night in the 800 block of A Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found the man suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was pronounced dead on the scene.
His name is not being released until his family is notified. The medical examiner will determine the exact cause of death.
