UPDATE: Police released the name of the person who they say shot someone at a house party in Virginia Beach. They’ve identified the shooter as 21-year-old Diondre Rosco of the 1200 block of Damyien Arch.
He has been charged with use of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon.
He is now in the Virginia Beach Correctional Center without bond.
Police now say three people were taken to the hospital for gunshot wounds. They say a fourth person was not shot. It was an assault.
Virginia Beach, Va. – Several people were hospitalized, including at least one with a gunshot wound, after a fight outside of a house party in Virginia Beach early Sunday morning.
According to police, it appears that the suspect in the shooting was asked to leave, then a fight broke out outside of the home and the suspect fired a gun at the group.
Police found one man who had been shot. Three people were taken to a hospital with injuries and a fourth arrived at a local hospital on his own.
All suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to police.
