Virginia Beach, Va. - A 17-year-old was attacked as he walked to his bus stop in Virginia Beach.
Police say a man approached the teen near Peak Court and asked for money.
The victim and the would-be thief got into a verbal argument that quickly turned violent.
Police say the teen was assaulted and suffered minor injuries.
He was taken to the hospital.
Police are searching for the man.
