Chesapeake, Va. – Police are searching for a woman wanted for stealing a person’s ID and using it to cash stolen checks.
On November 7, 2014 a police report was made in reference to the theft of a person’s ID and bank checks.
The woman pictured in this photograph was captured on a surveillance camera using the victim’s ID to cash two of the stolen checks at a bank located in the 800 block of George Washington Hwy.
It’s possible the suspect is wearing a wig to look similar to the victim, according to police.
