Norfolk, Va. - A Norfolk school bus has hit a parked car, according to police dispatch.
The bus was on its way to Norview High School.
The call came in at 6:49 a.m. It happened at Sandpiper Lane and Duck Pond Road in Norfolk.
Nine students were on the bus at the time, but no injuries were reported.
The bus driver received a citation for reckless driving.
