Update: The scene is now cleared and all lanes have reopened.
Suffolk, Va. – All travel lanes on I-664 northbound are closed because of a tractor trailer accident.
The accident happened just before the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel.
According to a VDOT spokesperson, traffic on I-664 northbound in Suffolk is being diverted to College Drive.
