The Portsmouth Police Department Strategic Traffic Unit has actively begun their holiday patrols for this year's "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over" campaign. The campaign targets impaired drivers on the roadways along with other traffic violators. NewsChannel 3 rode along as officers took action and got results.
