Dare County, N.C. – One person was arrested after a marijuana growing operation was discovered at a Kitty Hawk home by the Dare County Narcotics Task Force on December 8th.
Christopher Wayne Pendry, 41, was arrested after the search warrant was served, according to a release from the Dare County Sheriff’s Office.
He has been charged with Possession with the Intent to Sell and Delver Marijuana, Manufacturing Marijuana, Maintain a Dwelling/Place/Vehicle to Keep Controlled Substances, and Felony Possession of Marijuana.
He has since been released on a $2,000 bond.
