Newport News, Va. - Newport News Police are investigating a shooting that took place on the 300 block of Chatham Drive around 10:00 p.m. Saturday night.
Upon arriving to the scene, officers found two men, one 37 and the other 34 suffering from gunshot wounds. Both men were transported to a local hospital, with non-life threatening injuries.
Information from one of the victims revealed that the victims were in the parking lot when an argument happened and the suspect began shooting.
The suspect left the area in a dark colored older model Infiniti i30 that was driven by a female. The suspect is described as a light skinned black male in his mid 30's. No description of the driver.
