Virginia Beach Police are asking the public’s help identifying a woman who drove off with an elderly woman’s walker and purse.
The incident occurred on Thursday, December 11th around 11:15 a.m.
The suspect offered a ride to the elderly victim to the Dollar General at 1021 Virginia Beach Boulevard. The woman dropped the victim off and told her she would return for her in a short while.
The victim left her walker and purse in the woman’s vehicle. The woman never returned.
Store employees called police for assistance.
The suspect is described as a white female between 20-30 years of age, heavyset, may be driving a light colored mid-sized vehicle.
