Virginia Beach, Va. – Crews are now making plans to move a deceased, stranded female whale found near the Dam Neck Naval Base Wednesday morning.
The whale was already deceased once it was discovered.
It was 430.7 cm and heavy equipment on the base is now helping to move the whale above the high tide line.
A necropsy will be performed on Friday morning
