Virginia Beach, Va.(WTKR) -A man hit by a car while crossing Shore Drive on Christmas Eve has died.
Virginia Beach Police say 53-year-old Kenneth Robert Allen died as a result of his injuries.
Police say Allen was not in a cross-walk when he attempted to cross Shore Drive around 9:20p.m. and was hit by a car.
Shore Drive was shutdown for a few hours following the crash.
Virginia Beach Police say no charges will be filed in the crash.
