Norfolk, Virginia - A man is recovering in the hospital after he was shot outside of the Marriott SpringHill Suites in the 6300 block of North Newtown Road in Norfolk.
The shooting happened around 1:40 a.m.
The man was transported to Leigh Memorial Hospital with what appears to be non-life threatening injuries.
Norfolk Detectives are actively investigating this incident and are encouraging anyone with any information to contact the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
