Chesapeake, Va. - Six people are without a home after a fire ripped through their trailer in Chesapeake.
Firefighters responded to the fire around 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning on Yucca Street in the Portlock area of the city.
First units on scene reported flames showing from the single-wide mobile home in the Homecrest Manufactured Home Community.
Firefighters say the fire was under control at 10:40 a.m.
The cause of the fire has not been determined yet.
The American Red Cross has been contacted for assistance in helping the family.
