Norfolk, Va. - NewsChannel 3’s cameras were rolling as a person was being taken to the hospital after they were hit by a car.
It happened around 9:15 on Tuesday in Norfolk at the Intersection of 20th Street and Llewelyn Avenue.
Police could not say how the person hit is doing.
