Virginia Beach, Va. – Virginia Beach Police are looking for a man spotted on surveillance videos using a cloned credit card to make withdrawals at the USAA Bank at 4625 Virginia Beach Boulevard.
The withdrawals were made between November 22 and November 24.
The man is described as a black male, 25-35 years old, 5’9” to 5’11” and weighing approximately 185 to 200 pounds.
