Virginia Beach, Va. - A water main break has been reported in the 22200 block of Tanglewood Trail in Virginia Beach.
The call came in at 2:04 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2015.
The break was caused by the low temperatures, officials say. Water can be seen running along the side of the street in this neighborhood.
