Norfolk, Va. – Police crews responded to a report of a suspicious package Friday morning at 10:49 a.m. in the 900 block of Scott Street.
A postal worker reported a package leaking “an unknown substance”. Crews responded, and deemed it “not hazardous”.
The area was contained, and the scene was clear around noon.
No injuries have been reported.
