Virginia Beach, Va.-City crews are working to repair a 20-inch water main on Virginia Beach Blvd at Hutton Lane. That’s near the Lowe’s and Wawa, between Lynnhaven Parkway and London Bridge Road.
Three westbound lanes are closed. One westbound lane remains open to traffic. Eastbound lanes are not affected.
City crews hope to have the water main fixed within 10 hours, but are saying it could take longer, depending on the conditions.
The repair should not affect any water pressure or water quality in that area.
