Chesapeake, Va. - A man is dead after being hit by a car early Sunday morning in Chesapeake.
21-year-old Kalil Privott of Norfolk was struck vehicle in the area of River Birch Run & Wintercrest Way in the Greenbrier section of the city around 5:30am.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors contributing to the accident, according to police.
