Portsmouth, Va. - Portsmouth Police are investigating a shooting that took place on Effingham and South Street in the Olde Towne section of Portsmouth.
The call came in at 7:33 p.m.
Investigators say that around ten minutes later, a man walked into the hospital with a gunshot wound.
No word yet on if the two incidents are connected.
